The lecturers (Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Ali Fayad and Professor Miqdam Tariq Chaichan) from Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center at the University of Technology- Iraq got an acknowledgment and appreciation letter from the President of the University of Technology Professor Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Al-Ghabban for their distinguished research activity and selection among the best 2% of world scientists by Stanford University for the year 2023, depending on scientific specialization, research path and citations.

The lecturers (Professor Miqdam Tariq Chaichan, professor Dr. Ahmed A. Al-Ameri and Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Ali Fayad) from Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center at the University of Technology- Iraq got an acknowledgment and appreciation letter from the President of the University of Technology Professor Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Al-Ghabban for their efforts in contributing to obtain our University on a good rank within World University Rankings according to the Times Higher Education.

The Energy and Renewable Energies Technology center held a workshop entitled “Safety and Chemical Security”. The lecture was presented by Assistant Teacher Mustafa Abdul sattar Ibrahim at Tuesday, 7-11-2023

The Lecturer (Asst. Prof. Salman Hussein Omran) from the Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center, University of Technology- Iraq participated online in the patent entitled (Development of an electric elevator based on tanks and weights) in the Seventh International Exhibition for Patents and Industrial Designs. The cooperation was with the Iraqi Cultural Media Center and the Peace Movement in Sulaymaniyah, for the period from October 19-20, 2023. The exhibition was held in the Kurdistan region of Sulaymaniyah - Iraq. The lecturer got the Golden Medal, the Creativity Medal and the Distinguished Shield.
