The idea of this patent is to dampening or reduce the rotation speed of the wind turbine at high speeds as a result of storms to protect it from collapse, so it is not a rotation (break) and this is done in short by making the ends of the rotating fins moving, these moving parts will move outward during rotation at high speed due to the centrifugal force It is linked to a permanent magnet that is intended to create eddy currents in order to reduce the rotation of the fan.
