Dheya awarded the B.Sc. degree & M.Sc. degree in Materials engineering from University of Technology-Baghdad, Iraq, in 2004 & 2012, respectively. He gained Ph.D degree in Materials engineering from TU Bergakademie Freiberg, Germany in 2020. He is currently working with the academic staff of the Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center, University of Technology, Baghdad.
