The Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center at the University of Technology-Iraq received a certificate of appreciation from the Minister, Professor Dr. Nabil K. Abdul-Sahib, the Iraqi Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, on the occasion of the Center’s winning the first prize for the Science Day competition for the year 2020.

The Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center at the University of Technology / Iraq won the first place in the Iraqi Science Day competition for the year 2020 which is held annually by Directorate of Research and Development in the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research as the best distinguished research center among 73 research centers in all Iraqi private and governmental universities for the year 2019.

A scientific research has been published by lecturer Dr. Dheya N. Abdulamer from Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center at university of Technology-IRAQ in an international journal within Scopus index entitled:
