The Energy and Renewable Energies Technology Center (ERETC) is one of scientific centers in the University of Technology, which aims at contributing to support the scientific researches and developments in the country through the establishment and completion of research and pioneer projects in the field of renewable energy, which is in the interest on the national economy and to achieve the goals of development plans, moreover, ERECT aims at spreading of the culture of using renewable energy as a clean energy and as friendly environment through awareness of the usefulness of solar energy systems and wind energy systems in the preservation of the environment from pollution .
